A Dual Qualified, Indian & British Lawyer, founder member of NRIexpertLawyer. Wazir Singh Soni qualified as a Solicitor of Supreme Court of England & Wales from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, Oxford University, London in 2008 and admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales by the Law Society of England & Wales. He graduated in Law in 2002 and admitted as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh. He qualified Master of Laws in 2005. He started practice in his individual capacity in the year  2002 from Ludhiana (Pb), India with couple of lawyers and working staff. Specializing in the area of NRI cases, Immigration, Corporate, Banking, Matrimonial, Family, Accident Claim, Criminal, Non Indian Resident Cases, Enforcement of Debt Recovery under SARFEASI ACT, Insurance Claim, Civil, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws & more particularly in Legal Process Outsourcing. Mr. Wazir Singh Soni Master of Laws qualified and has done a deep research on International Law, International Criminal Court & Human Rights globally. Aribitration Matter, Consumer, Industrial Dispute, Banking, Civil, Criminal Justice, Corporate, Complaint under Negotiable Instruments Act, Litigation in Lok Adalat,Particiaption in Legal conferences and Due Deligence.


Cheena Abrol

She is a law graduate with professional commerce background, an astute lawyer having sufficient experience in handling legal affairs and litigation matters, handling legal cases for clients before Trial Courts, Sessions Courts, Consumer Forum, Labour Court and Other Administrative Bodies and Tribunals. Expert in Visa File Documentation, Legal Documentation Preparation & drafting of claims on behalf of the company & individual clients, preparing Legal Notices, Show Cause Notices, Plaints, Written Statements, Appeals, Case Papers, Affidavits, etc. for legal proceedings. She is interviewing clients, witnesses and other related parties, assembling documentary evidence, preparing trial briefs, and arranging for trials. She is managing all correspondence as well as administrative work of Law Firm.

He is appearing before the Hon’ble Divisional Bench as well as Single Bench of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Hon’ble District Courts at Chandigarh.
